At the Icons Of Style 2013 event with Olivia Palermo in Sydney.

So finally I have put my somewhat pathetic compilation of photos together from my short trip to Sydney. For someone who obsesses over cameras & taking photos, I did a pretty crap job at documenting my time there. Probably because there is so much there & I was over stimulated with everything. Now I’m trying to work out how to move over there because Perth seems pretty… slow in comparison.

Olivia is wearing Scanlan & Theodore top & skirt (similar), LK Bennet heels, Emily Miranda cuff (similar), Celine clutch (not shown)

I’m wearing Pink Stitch top, LifeWithBird shorts, Zara sandals (similar), Alexander Wang bag, Portmans belt (similar)

Anyway, this is reason behind the Sydney trip, the Icons Of Style 2013 of whom Olivia Palermo is the ambassador of. The event was co hosted by Coach & I got to hang with fellow blogger of Modern Legacy, Kaity & drink Moët in return for having my blog about the experience posted up on Vogue Australia which you can read here! Olivia was impeccably dressed in my favourite colour combination of white & white & she was actually really sweet to talk to despite whatever we though about her from The City (which I was actually a huge fan of).

Keep scrolling for my short but sweet experience of the Icons of Style 2013 & Sydney.

My idea of souvenirs are the edible type. The type that don’t actually last as long as souvenirs should, but when you think about how all the souvenirs are made in China, these donuts probably lasted longer.

Sydney was amazing and even though I was only there for less than 48hrs I am seriously considering moving there. It’s definitely made me realise how far behind Perth is and how incredibly inaccessible everything is here. The man and I are going to be planning a trip there (hopefully) soon. I can’t wait to go back to the markets and check out the small local designers again… and get that bomb teriyaki salmon.
